Irish Setter® Creates New Rutmaster Rubber Hunting Boots; ExoFlex Performance Fit System Creates Superior Fit

RED WING, MN (December 2011) — The Irish Setter line of Rutmaster rubber boots is growing, with five more options for sportsmen, starting at $139*.

 

The original Rutmaster line became popular with hunters because of its revolutionary secure, comfortable fit provided by the patent-pending ExoFlex Performance Fit System. The ExoFlex panel in the back of the boot shaft expands to accommodate the back of the foot, offering easy entry into rubber boots. Then the panel contracts for a lock-tight, high-performance fit, creating a great fitting, easy on/off waterproof, scentproof rubber boot. An adjustment strap on the Rutmaster accommodates a wide range of calf sizes. Both the new and original Irish Setter Rutmaster 17” knee boots are built on a last that provides a slim, comfortable profile. The outsole is designed with a performance-enhancing Mud Claw sole with mud releasing cleats. Serrated cleats up front provide traction on hills. These boots are available in whole sizes from Men’s 7-15 and ½ sizes from Men’s 8-14.

 

Styles #4877 and #4878 feature rubber/neoprene construction which is significantly lighter than an all rubber boot.
